Top Kettlebell Workouts 2

In our previous article we did touch on how effective kettlebells are, in fact we went on and gave out recent studies that show how effective kettlebell workouts are. Just in case you haven’t read that article I would suggest that you go and check it out. That out of the way, this article will be picking up where it left off and that is giving you other kettlebell exercise that you should take up in your quest of gaining serious muscles. So without wasting any more time below are a number of kettlebell workouts that you could pick and start gaining serious weight. 

First workout
One thing to note is that all this exercises should be repeated 5 times. Start by doing the double swing five times, then follow it up with the double snatch, which should also be done five times. Next will be double clean also five times and lastly double squats also to be done five times. In case you are feeling tired then take one minute rest between each exercise. 

Second Workout
Some of the workouts here are pretty familiar with most of you so you will have easy way with them. For the second workout start by doing the goblet square ten times after that do the swings, which are also to be done ten times, the n the goblet square ten times. Consider taking 30 seconds after each exercise. 

So there you have it, top kettlebell workouts which are bound to give you serious weight.
